About:

​Dallas Hall understands that navigating daily stress, anxiety, and life transitions can feel overwhelming at any age. He is passionate about supporting children, teens, and adults as they learn to manage these challenges and build resilience. In addition to general counseling, Dallas brings specialized experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum, supporting emotional regulation, self-advocacy, and practical skill development. Dallas earned his degree in Social and Human Understanding from the University of Arizona and is currently completing his clinical internship hours at Clear Counseling, offering both in-person care in Chandler and statewide telehealth options.

 

Approach:

Dallas believes therapy should be a welcoming, nonjudgmental space tailored to each client's unique path. Utilizing an eclectic approach that blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered principles, and ABA techniques, Dallas moves at the client's pace, using active reflection and clarification to guide meaningful, lasting change.Informed!

 

Personal Life

 Having lived in Arizona for most of his life, Dallas feels a strong connection to the local community. Outside the office, he keeps his mind and body active through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and regular meditation. An avid animal lover, Dallas shares his home with his wife, two dogs, and two cats, and enjoys spending his downtime exploring technology, baking, and practicing self-care.
