About
Sarah is an Arizona native with a passion for helping others and supporting individuals and families within her community. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently working toward completing her Master’s degree.
As part of the CLEAR Counseling team, Sarah is passionate about helping manage the practice and creating a welcoming, supportive experience from the moment a client reaches out. She enjoys connecting individuals and families with a therapist who best fits their needs and helping make the process of beginning counseling feel a little easier.
Personal Life
Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Dasher. She loves traveling, experiencing different cultures, and learning from the people and places she encounters along the way.
Approach
Sarah approaches both her work and personal life with kindness, compassion, and a willingness to learn from others. She believes there is something to be learned from everyone, whether it is a young adolescent or someone with a lifetime of experience.
She lives by the philosophy that we are always learning, growing, and changing. Life is constantly evolving, and Sarah believes being open to new perspectives and experiences helps us grow into better versions of ourselves.
