Welcome to my profile! I am a compassionate and inclusive therapist specializing in marriage and couples therapy. With a deep understanding of the South Asian culture and a strong commitment to inclusivity, I provide a safe and supportive space for couples from all backgrounds to navigate their relationship challenges. As an LGBTQ ally, I embrace diversity and welcome couples of all sexual orientations and gender identities. 

 

Education and Experience: 

I am currently pursuing Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University, and have accumulated hours of experience working with couples from diverse backgrounds. My training encompasses various therapeutic modalities, allowing me to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each couple. I am dedicated to staying updated with the latest research and techniques to provide the highest quality of care to my clients. 

 

Approach to Therapy: 

In my therapy practice, I take an integrative and collaborative approach that incorporates various evidence-based models, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental environment where couples can explore their concerns, enhance communication, and deepen their emotional connection. Together, we will work towards fostering understanding, resolving conflicts, and rebuilding trust within your relationship.

Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 7:00pm

Saturday: 9:30am - 1:30pm
