What do I do if I lose my link to the client portal?
Easy! Just give us a call or email and we can resend the link.
Are you taking new clients?
Yes, we are! We can help direct you to the best therapist and therapies to fit your needs. Our friendly office manager Jess is ready and willing to answer any questions you may have.
Does your office accept insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly. Because of this we are considered “Out of Network.” However, if your insurance plan covers mental/behavioral health services we can work with you to provide a "Superbill" that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Check with your insurance provider to see if they have out-of-network benefits for counseling-related services, and we can assist you from there.
How much do you charge per session?
Our therapists charge based on their education, years of experience, and any specific training, specializations, or licensing they have earned. Each therapists's specific pricing is listed on their individual pages under the "OUR TEAM" section of the website.
What type of therapy sessions do you offer?
We offer Individual/Adult therapy, Couples therapy, Child therapy, and Family therapy. Please refer to our “SERVICES” page for information regarding the specific modalities our therapists offer.
Why does your office smell so good?
We love to diffuse essential oils at our practice. We believe that smell forms positive associations and can affect mood so our “secret” scents are Fresh Linen, Hawaii Exotic Papaya, and Hibiscus Flower to soothe your mind and lift your spirits. It makes us happy, too!
